Media requests
Journalists and researchers who need a comment on the Nigerian online-gambling market can reach the editor-in-chief at [email protected]. Please include a working byline, the outlet and the deadline so we can judge whether we can be useful before the deadline passes. We will provide on-record quotes about the market, our review methodology and the sites we have covered; we will not comment on individual player disputes with an operator because we do not have access to anyone's account data. For broadcast and podcast appearances we need at least five business days of notice to arrange the booking. If your deadline is sooner than that, let us know and we will tell you whether we can still make it.
How to reach us
Email is the fastest route into the editorial team. For factual corrections and page updates write to [email protected]. For partner questions, affiliate requests and advertising write to [email protected]. For privacy and data-protection questions see the Privacy page or write to [email protected]. We do not run a web contact form because scraped forms generate more spam than real messages and the signal-to-noise ratio ate hours we would rather spend testing operators. For legal and regulatory correspondence, including takedown and copyright claims, use [email protected]; those messages are routed to our external legal advisers rather than to the editorial inbox.
Business inquiries
Operators and affiliate networks that want to be considered for a listing should send a current licence copy, their affiliate terms, approved brand assets and the Nigerian market offer to [email protected]. We only consider operators that hold a licence we can verify and that publish readable English terms. We require the welcome offer wording in your creatives to match the terms live on your own site on the day of launch; if they diverge we drop the campaign without notice. Payment is monthly, tracked through the affiliate network you nominate, and we never accept volume targets that would push us to publish misleading figures. Pure brand-awareness campaigns without an affiliate link are also an option; those go through the same inbox and the same vetting.
Response time
We aim to reply to editorial and reader email within three business days, Monday to Friday, WAT. Partner email can take longer because every commercial decision passes through two editors and sometimes legal counsel. If your issue is urgent and involves a withdrawal, a self-exclusion or a KYC lock, contact the operator and the relevant licensing body directly: we have no way to open or close accounts on any operator's system. We also cannot promise same-day replies on weekends or Nigerian public holidays. The press inbox follows the same rhythm; if your deadline is tighter than three business days, say so in the subject line and we will try to turn the request around faster where we can.
What we cannot help with
We cannot process deposits, withdrawals, bonus activations, account recovery, KYC verification or password resets at Betpot or any other operator. We do not operate any gambling product and we have no view of your account on an operator's system. If a casino locks your account or delays a payout, open a ticket with the operator first, then with its licensing body. We also cannot provide gambling advice, odds analysis, tipster services or picks of any kind — those are a different trade and bundling them with editorial reviews would compromise both. We do not place bets on your behalf, we do not share accounts, and we do not accept payment to adjust the position of an operator in our tables.
Form
The quickest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. Include the page URL you are asking about, the exact figure or sentence you think is wrong, and a short note about which operator and payment method you were using when you saw the problem. Please avoid screenshots that contain your account number, personal data or payment card digits — redact them before you send. We respect your privacy on the way in as well as on the way out, and we would rather you send a plain-text description than a screenshot you later regret. If you prefer a non-email channel, there is a signal link on the editor-in-chief's byline page; use it for anything you would not send over regular email.
